Today is just a beautiful June day. Sunny, warm, green, and lush. The cemetaries are full of fragrant blooming peonies. My sister, father, and I went down to St. Mary's to place my mother's ashes in the columbarium. It's a good place. I am quite happy with it and feel better that they are secure and public.

My son has been ill with a migraine for a long time now. We have been to the hospital twice for intranasal lidocaine and IV meds but he is still down today. I'm sick with worry. How long can it go on?

I still have peppers and native plants to get in the ground. I have minutes to type up from multiple June AGM's and planning meetings. I have been working for the census this year as an enumerator so now I'm waiting for the evenings now to make calls and knock on doors.

Next time I'll have some art and gardening to share but for now I just need to make a habit of writing a little bit every week.
